I have lived in the US for more then 20 years and i like to share my love for my country Tunisia. As the daughter of a diplomat, i have always felt like i was traveling to learn about other cultures and share Tunisia’s food and culture. For years, i cooked for my kids schools and everyone adored the salads and sandwiches. I realized how much Tunisian food was not represented here in the US. My mother sent me harissa for years and i made couscous, leblabi and Tunisian sandwiches. Then i decided that i wanted to grow those peppers here in the US because i believe in supporting local farms

“Najet harissa” was born for my love for Tunisia, my mother and eating nourishing food with good energy.
