Passover Chocolate Kisses
Ingredients
2 extra large egg whites
1/2 cup granulated sugar
6 oz chocolate, melted
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 c chopped walnuts
Directions
- On electric mixer:
- Beat egg whites until stiff ( not quite as stiff as for meringue).
- Gradually beat in sugar.
- Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Drop by teaspoon onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Bake at 350 until they puff up and don’t look wet (approximately 10 minutes). Watch carefully.
- They freeze very well and be eaten straight from freezer.
