  • Salmon filets

  • Oil

  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  • Put a frying pan on high heat.
  • Once hot, season the salmon with salt and pepper. Add the oil and put the salmon-skin side down in the pan.
  • Cook for 4 minutes.
  • Flip the salmon and cook for another 4 minutes. Set aside to rest.
