Ingredients

  • 4 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped

  • 8 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped

  • 1 cup unsalted butter

  • 3 cups powdered sugar

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 tsps. vanilla extract

  • ¾ c plus 2 tablespoons milk

Directions

  • In a double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate and butter together.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Sift powdered sugar and salt into a large bowl.
  • In a measuring cup, combine vanilla and milk.
  • Whisk milk mixture into the sugar. Then add chocolate and stir until smooth.
