Betsy Andrews
Betsy Andrews is a James Beard Foundation and International Association of Culinary Professionals award-winning food and drink writer. She is co-author of Coastal: 130 Recipes from a California Road Trip (Chronicle, 2025), with chef Scott Clark and photographer Cheyenne Ellis. She also wrote Snoop Dogg’s Treats to Eat and the forthcoming Ghirardelli Chocolate cookbook. She is writing the forthcoming Hot Saucy, a hot sauce cookbook. Betsy is contributing editor at Food & Wine, Imbibe, SevenFifty Daily, and Alcohol Professor. She is the former executive editor of Saveur magazine and a former New York Times dining critic. She is also an award-winning poet. Her latest book is Crowded, from Nauset Press.
