Bittersweet Chocolate Frosting

4 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
8 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 cup unsalted butter
3 cups powdered sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tsps. vanilla extract
¾ c plus 2 tablespoons milk
Directions
- In a double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate and butter together.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Sift powdered sugar and salt into a large bowl.
- In a measuring cup, combine vanilla and milk.
- Whisk milk mixture into the sugar. Then add chocolate and stir until smooth.
