New Cook: Recipes, Tips & Techniques
Cammie Kim Lin & Leah Su Quiroga
Join award-winning professor and cookbook author Cammie Kim Lin as she makes one of her most popular recipes: Bulgogi Meatballs. An incredibly versatile recipe, it can be made with any ground meat or even a plant-based meat substitute, and it’s as well suited to a dinner party as a family-friendly weeknight meal.
In this one hour cooking class, you’ll learn to make Cammie’s modern take on the classic Korean BBQ dish, bulgogi, as you get a complete meal—including rice and vegetables—on the table just in time for dinner. Along the way, you’ll learn about Korean cuisine, pick up some tips and tricks, and connect with some fellow coop cooks.
This is an all-ages class, suitable for adults and teens cooking on their own, or kids cooking alongside their grown-ups.
